Christmas at the Christensens

Merry Christmas family and friends. We hope that you are all having a safe and wonderful holiday. This year was pretty low key which was nice. We had a very nice Christmas. We went to Blayne and Pat's house for Christmas Eve which was a lot of fun. We ate and played bingo and opened gifts. It was great to see everyone and all the grand-kids, which is pretty humerous to just watch and listen to them. This year I was determined to make a ham for Christmas. So with Cody's help, well all of Cody's help we pulled it off. Here are some pictures of my hot chef, I think he's a keeper. He did the whole ham, all the pineapple and cherries and cloves and basting. Anyway he really is expaning his culinary horizons now that I am not cooking as much if at all. We hope that you are all enjoying the holidays and each other. Here are some pictures of my chef. We love you all Merry Christmas.

Boys Christmas Gifts

Merry Christmas from Kramer and Newman. They were spoiled this year once again. Aunt Brittany and Uncle Jared and their boys got Kramer and Newman some really fun gifts. The boys loved them, they chose those over the lame gifts momma and daddy got them. He! He! He! Newman loves the squeaky ones and these definitely are squeaky. As you can see Kramer ran off with one of them. I had to put that on the blog because it was so cute. So thank you Brittany, Jared and boys for the Christmas gifts.

Boys New Haircut

This morning Cody took the boys to go get their haircuts. They look so darling!! They get these funny little holiday scarves that Cody thinks are cheesy and he takes them off as soon as they get home. But He took some pictures with them on, for me, so everyone could see them.

Momma and Baby Update

Having de'javu'? Does this remind you of last year at this time? Me in bed recovering from surgery. Well I didn't have surgery this time I actually was put on bed-rest yesterday for I have no idea how long I think for the next two months. (I just have to take it real easy and stay in bed as much as possible) I had a prenatal visit with my doctor and have been having some pretty intense "Braxtin-Hicks" contractions and just overall intense pain so our doctor tested me for pre-term labor and my test came out positive. So needless to say as a percaution she has me on bed-rest. Even though I test positive she said that I may not be "pre-term" But she isn't taking any chances especially with my medicial history. So my darling husband Cody is taking care of everything once again. Poor guy, it seems like this is all he does. But I must say he does it well. Now he can play his WOW in peace. HE! HE! HE! And Kramer and Newman aren't complaining either....a chance to sleep all day with momma. As you can see Newman is right by my side and Kramer was hanging out somewhere close by. Anyway we will keep everyone updated....the baby sounded great yesterday at the checkup so that is some good news.

Pictures of the baby

Today Cody and I went and finished our final session at Fetal Foto. I am posting just two pictures that Cody and I thought were really cute. You can really see her lips and nose. I think she has Cody's lips and nose.... (which are so cute), I guess we'll see when she arrives. We did the 4-D photos, I hope that you can distinguish what she looks like. I am now a little over 27 weeks. She is very active and loves to wake up about mid-night and play all night into the morning. But I do love to fell her moving it really is amazing!!! I cannot tell you how excited we both are.
